Quantity Discounts and Minimum Order Requirements
Discount quantities and minimum order amounts apply to cards with the same item number, printed with the same message. If you would like to order cards with different printed messages (for example invitations printed with two different dates or locations) please call our customer service department. Tiny Tidings reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that do not meet the minimum quantity requirements whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you wish to order cards with more than one custom printed message, please contact our customer service department. If such orders are placed online and the quantities do not qualify for the specified discounts, we will contact you with pricing information, and to see whether or not you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tiny Tidings product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tiny Tidings reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tiny Tidings reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tiny Tidings shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Tiny Tidings without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Tiny Tidings' failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Impersonation of others, including a Tiny Tidings or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Tiny Tidings Return Policy and Guarantee
Our printed items are guaranteed to be free of error and manufacturing defects. Please check your printed items carefully upon receipt. If your invitation and matching cards are not printed as shown on the approved proofs, we will replace your order free of charge. By placing your order and completing the payment transaction, the customer agrees that it shall not hold Tiny Tidings or its agents or employees liable in any way for consequential or inconsequential damages or losses sustained, or aggravated, by any errors, omissions or delays in the printing or shipping of your order, except product replacement, as covered by our guarantee. If you need to return an order, please contact the Tiny Tidings Customer Service Department at (816) 769-4423 within 7 days of receipt of the order.
